Dear 5th Grade Families,

We’re thrilled to kick off a fun and memorable celebration for our 5th graders as they get ready to promote this June! To help families stay informed and organized, we’ve included a full schedule of upcoming events in the below informational packet, with additional details for select events inside. https://bit.ly/5thgradeeventinfopacket

Action Required: A signed permission slip is required for your child to attend any off-campus events. Please complete it online by Friday, May 30 at https://bit.ly/5thgradeeventpermissionslip or scan the QR code inside the packet. Note: This form does not apply to the 5th Grade Picnic—a separate permission slip will be sent directly from the school.

Mon, June 2 – 6:30 PM (student arrival 5:45 PM): Band Concert – MPR
Wed, June 4 – 5:00 PM: Movie Night Event (off-campus, wear 5th grade T-shirt).
Thu, June 5 – 9:00 AM: Parent Class Music Performance - MPR (present class gift)
Mon, June 2 – 6:30 PM (student arrival 5:45 PM): Orchestra Concert – MPR
Mon, June 9 – during school: Picnic at the Park (field trip, wear 5th grade T-shirt)
Tue, June 10 – during school: Yearbook Signing Party (wear 5th grade T-shirt)
Wed, June 11 – 9:00 AM: Promotion Ceremony & Reception - MPR (early check-out)
Thu, June 12 – early release at 12:55 PM: Last Day of School (Field Day)
Thu, June 12 – 6:00 PM: Grad Night Event (off-campus, wear 5th grade T-shirt)

Requested Contribution per Student (with 100% participation): $51.25

Historical Participation Rate: 70% - 75%

Estimated Amount Collected (56 students contributing): $2,870

Estimated Shortfall (with 56 students contributing): $1,230
